What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a confirmation message showing:
"Your order number xxxxxx has successfully been completed."
You will receive an order confirmation via E-mail.
If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by phone or email.

What if I do not receive an order confirmation via E-mail? Top
You will receive an order confirmation message via E-mail shortly after your order has been accepted. If you do not receive this message within four hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at:

Can I change the delivery address? Top
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. To request a change to your order's delivery address, please contact us at:

There may be a change in the amount of freight and/or handling charges depending on the new address.
 


Is it safe to use my credit card online? Top
We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a blue bar at the top of the browser window and/or an unbroken key or lock icon at the bottom of the window.

Can I cancel an order? Top
If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact our customer service department immediately at:

If your order has already been sent out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it.
 


Which credit cards are accepted? Top
We accept a variety of credit cards including Discover Card, MasterCard, and VISA.  


When will my credit card be charged? Top
We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of order acceptance. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and your account will be charged at that time.  


What was the total charged to my credit card? Top
When you place your order online, you are presented with the price of the merchandise as well as any applicable freight and/or handling charges. In addition to these costs, you will be charged sales tax if your order is being delivered to Indiana. Immediately following receipt of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via E-mail. This E-mail will include an itemized list of the charges. Any discounts or gift certificates that may have been applied will be reflected in the E-mail you receive.  


Was my discount / coupon code applied? Top
If you were eligible for a discount on your order as a result of providing Business Systems Integrators, Inc. with a coupon code during the order process, the discount amount will be shown on the:
Order Summary Page: Order Total Section

Payment Information Page: Order Total Section
and will be reflected in the Grand Total.
If you forgot to enter your promotion code during the shopping process, feel free to E-mail it to us by using our online Customer Service Inquiry Form, and we will issue a credit against your credit card.
 


What are the advantages of registering? Top
You do not need to register to view any of the products or pages on our web site. However, you must register in order to place an order.
Becoming a registered shopper offers you a growing number of personalized benefits to make shopping with us faster, easier, and more intuitive. These are free services, which include the following benefits:

What if I forgot my password? Top

Why isn't your site working with my browser? Top
Ordering from our site does not require the latest and greatest technology, but it does require that you're using an SSL-compliant browser (this means it has a "secure" mode.) Web TV and some browsers behind company firewalls cannot support secure ordering.

For best results, we recommend using Netscape Navigator 3.02 or later, or Microsoft's Internet Explorer 3.02 or later. For AOL users, we recommend the 3.0 or later AOL browser for PC's or the 4.0 browser for Macs.

Why is my shopping cart empty?
Top
If the products you select are not showing up in your shopping cart, one of two things is probably happening. You may not be fully adding the product to your shopping cart or your browser may not be set up to work properly with the shopping cart.

First, when you select a product, make sure you click the "Add To Cart" button. After selecting the "Add To Cart" button, you should see a "Thank You" popup window showing the quantity and the description of the item you just selected. This should add that product to your shopping cart. A summary of the number of items in your shopping cart and the total value of those items is shown on the right side of the screen. At anytime you can verify the items in your shopping cart by clicking the "Check Out" button. At this point, an Order Summary will be displayed. You can increase or decrease the quantity of any item or remove it completely from the shopping cart. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

If your product is still not showing in your shopping cart, your browser could be set up to not accept "cookies". This site uses cookies to keep the items you've added to your order associated with you. We do not put any personal or billing information in these cookies, so there is no security risk in accepting them. You can change your browser option to accept cookies in the preferences menu selection for your browser.

PRODUCT RETURNS
Is it possible to return any or all of the products I purchased?

Return Policy
Business Systems Integrators, Inc. offers a 30-day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information not listed, please contact Business Systems Integrators, Inc.
Please contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back to Business Systems Integrators, Inc. . Returns may not be accepted without a valid RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when requesting an RMA number:
Customer Name, Order Number, Serial Number and the Reason For The Return.
All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility; Business Systems Integrators, Inc. will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s).
For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage . Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.
If you receive damaged merchandise, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Business Systems Integrators, Inc. to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Business Systems Integrators, Inc. immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Business Systems Integrators, Inc. of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Contact Customer Service at219.738.1105 to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to Business Systems Integrators, Inc. within 30 days from the invoice date, at Business Systems Integrators, Inc.'s discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the UPC code will NOT be accepted for return nor replacement. After 30 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by Business Systems Integrators, Inc. within 30 days from the invoice date, at Business Systems Integrators, Inc.'s discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
Due to manufacturers' policies, certain products will be accepted for repair only. Business Systems Integrators, Inc. may not accept returns for exchange, replacement or credit. If you receive a unit that is inoperable FOR ANY REASON, you may contact us for information on warranty service through Business Systems Integrators, Inc. , the manufacturer direct or any authorized service center in your area.
Due to manufacturer's policies, all Sun Microsystems products are non-returnable; Business Systems Integrators, Inc. cannot make any exceptions to allow returns on these items, for any reason. Customers must contact Sun Microsystems directly for service.
Additional manufacturers may be added to this list as: manufacturer policies change, manufacturers go out of business or in the case of specially ordered items.

Business Systems Integrators, Inc. reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.

Software, CD and DVD Return Policy
Only defective software, CD and DVDs can be returned to Business Systems Integrators, Inc. The return must take place within 30 days of invoice date and may only be replaced for the SAME software, CD or DVD title. Unopened software may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of invoice date. Multiple software licenses cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless first authorized by the manufacturer.

What is the Affiliate Program?

The Affiliate Program is for anyone who has their own site, regardless of the size. Business Systems Integrators offers one of the most comprehensive product lines in the IT industry today which will provide benefits to almost every Internet user.
Business Systems Integrators will pay you when you refer new registrations to our site. We'll provide you with buttons, banners, and text links, which you can post on your site. When a visitor clicks the Business Systems Integrators link, enters our site and does some shopping, we'll pay you 10% sales commission on gross sales revenue. As a Business Systems Integrators Affiliate, you're in complete control. Use your Web site to promote as many products and services as you'd like. You will receive your commissions each month.
Is the Affiliate Program Free To Join?

How do I add links to your site?

What if I have more than one website?
You may add our links to any or all of your web sites. Tracking will still take place through affiliate reporting center.
How do I check the status of my account?
Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email notification welcoming you to our program.. To see your account status, log in to Affiliate Program at www.BuSys.com/affsignIn.aspx.
Once logged in, you can see your account balance by selecting "View Commissions".
