will provide at NO CHARGE. |

During
the valid warranty period, Business Systems Integrators, Inc.
will provide the following service at no cost to the customer. |

· |
Telephone
diagnosis of the problem (with the aid of the customer) and
the requisition of replacement parts from the manufacturer. |
| |
· |
Upon
arrival of the replacement part(s) at either Business Systems
Integrators, Inc.'s location or the Customer's location, a Business
Systems Integrators' Technician will be dispatched to the Customer's
location and make the necessary repairs. |

· |
Technician
will insure that the system is functioning at the Operating
System level. This DOES NOT include application
software. |
