Should a failure occur, you'll get advance replacement of the
failed component without the wait. The failed part(s) can then

customers who are outside the local service area of Business
Systems Integrators but prefer to have their computers serviced
on site, an On-Site service warranty is provided through Exelus.
With this plan a customer simply places a call to Exelus. They
will diagnose the problem, send replacement parts, and schedule
a service technician from our Authorized Service Provider Network
to resolve the problem - all typically within 24 hours!
